Kate Hanley Corley


Kate Hanley Corley is a journalist, screenwriter, researcher and stand-up comedian.

A Deakin University School of Journalism graduate, Kate began her career with a scholarship to Agence France Presse in Paris and later spent six years working for various News Corp publications in Melbourne. She also wrote case studies for the CEO Institute.

She has also worked for Australian television script departments for over 12 years for series including Blue Heelers, City Homicide, Rush and Winners and Losers.

On the comedy side, Kate has performed regularly at the Melbourne Fringe Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
